Manatee County deputies have arrested a 69-year-old man they say ordered DVDs of child pornography on the Internet.
Edward Tobey of Lake Bluff, Ill., ordered the DVDs in December from a U.S. Postal Service inspector who posed online as a child pornography distributor, the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office said.
